The process

From scan to slab.

You send us your cards, we grade them traceably, and you get them back sealed and insured.

Phase 01

Your submission.

Everything you contribute, in three steps. The price is fixed before you pay.

Create your order

Register for free, add your cards in the portal and choose your service. You see the total price before paying. No surprises.

  • Choose your service: Standard, Priority or Express
  • Add your cards: name, set, number
  • Choose return shipping with suitable insurance
  • Pay online and print the packing slip

Pack safely

Four rules are all it takes for your cards to survive transport unharmed:

    Each card centered in a fitting sleeve

  2. 02

    Toploader

    Sleeve into a clean toploader or card saver

  3. 03

    Tape outside

    Secure the toploader: never tape directly on the card

  4. 04

    Sturdy box

    Pack padded, include the packing slip

Ship it

Send your package to us with tracking. Your turnaround starts when the package arrives, depending on service:

Your package has arrived: documented receiving, every card is registered individually and gets its certificate ID. What happens next, you scroll through here, act by act.

ScanHigh resolution, both sidesAfter receiving, every card is registered individually and scanned in high resolution, front and back. These scans are the basis of the grade and later available in your certificate.
MeasurementCentering and flawsWe measure the centering ourselves, from the scan. Every scratch, every dent and every crease is marked, with location, size and severity.
AssessmentGraded by handNo grade leaves the house unchecked: a grader judges every corner and every edge individually and gives the grade. Front and back are graded separately, the weaker side counts.
SealingUltrasonically weldedCard and label are ultrasonically welded into the slab, entirely without glue. Once sealed, the case can't be opened without visibly destroying it.
CertificateNFC + available onlineFinally, an encrypted NFC chip is sealed into the slab, and your certificate goes online: all scans and subgrades, available at once.
